The Purpose Of This Rfp Is To Engage A Qualified Professional Design Team To: Develop A Complete And Certified Design Plan Produce Construction-Ready Drawings And Specifications Advance The Project To “Ready To Proceed” Status Under Chrt 41 Upon Funding Approval To Proceed With Construction, The Architectural Team Will Provide Services Including Assisting The Owner In The Creation Of Rfp/Tendering Contract Documents For Contractors And Evaluation Of Submissions. The Architectural Team Will Be Considered As An Integral Part Of The Design Team And Is Critical Throughout The Process To Project Completion (Occupancy And Follow Up Warranty Review).
