2026/12 Restoration Of The Porta Del Drac Of The Pavilions Of Finca Güell.Restoration Works To Stop The Current Deterioration Of The Porta Del Drac Of The Pavilions At Finca Güell, Concretely, Cleaning Works Of The Metallic Elements, The Consolidation Of The Walls And Its Structural And Metallic Restoration Are Ongoing. Taking Into Account That It Has The Character Of A Cultural Asset Of National Interest (Bcin) With The Classification Of Historical Monument And Registration Number 35-Mh-En, By Decree 1794/1969, Of July 24, By Which The Main Works Of The Architect Gaudí Are Declared Historical And Artistic Monuments, The Restoration Works Do Not Affect The General Configuration Of The Building And Are Focused On The Conservation To The Extent Possible Of The Original Material Of The Object To Be Restored, Rather Than Replacing The Original Parts That Have Been Replaced In The Subsequent Interventions And Transformations, In Accordance With What Is Described In The Executive Project Approved On April 30, 2026. The Award Of This Contract Is Conditioned On Obtaining Adequate And Sufficient Credit, Which Will Be External At The University Of Barcelona, Through The Formalization And Ratification Of The Following Agreements That Will Ensure Funding:- Agreement On Business Collaboration In Activities Of General Interest For The Development Of The Rehabilitation Works Of The Pavilions Of The Finca Güell, Signed Between The Ub And The Asociación Fondo Española Para La Restauration De Monuments “World Monuments Fund España” (Wmf España).-Agreement Between Barcelona City Council And The Ub For Which The Municipal Institute Of Urban Landscape And Quality Of Life Grants The University Of Barcelona A Grant Of 116,000.00 Euros To Carry Out The Restoration Works Of Porta Del Drac Property Of The University Of Barcelona.
