The Purpose Of This Tender Is The Contracting Of A Comprehensive Emr Electronic Clinical Record Service For The Establishments That Make Up The Health Care Network Of The Municipal Corporation For Social Development Of Villa Alemana Cmva, Considering The Provision, Implementation, Configuration, Training, Support, Maintenance, Interoperability, Accommodation In Data Center And Other Complementary Services Necessary For Its Correct Operation. The Contract Considers Up To 720 Lun Named User Licenses, Of Which 650 Correspond To Licenses Owned By The Cmva Currently In Operation And Up To 70 Additional Licenses May Be Provided Under A Rental Modality, According To The Requirements Of The Healthcare Network During The Term Of The Contract. The Number Of Up To 720 Licenses Corresponds To A Maximum Reference Estimate. The Corporation Will Pay Only For Those Licenses Actually Enabled And Used During The Term Of The Contract. Likewise, Both The Provider Currently Operating In The Network May Participate, By Providing Maintenance And Support Services For Licenses Owned By The Cmva, As Well As New Suppliers That Offer A Solution Under The Software As A Service Saas Modality, All In Accordance With The Specifications Established In These Administrative Bases, Technical Bases And Other Background Of The Tender.
