The Service Will Be Provided In The Facilities Of The Establishment, Outside Of Institutional Hours, And To Beneficiaries Of The Public Health System, In The Best Possible Conditions For Both Parties, As Detailed In The Administrative And Technical Bases, And In Annex No. 1. The Respective Contract Will Be Subject To The Provisions Of Decree With Force Of Law No. 36, Of July 10, 1980 Of The Ministry Of Health And Its Modifications Introduced By Law No. 18,417, In This Sense, The Health Actions Provider Will Be Obliged To Provide On Behalf Of And In The Name Of The Hospital, And Through Delegation, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Inc. 1 Of Art. 2 Of Dfl 3680 To The Beneficiaries Of The Health Benefits Regime Of Law No. 18,469, The Health Prevention, Promotion, Recovery, Protection Or Rehabilitation Actions That Are Tendered By This Act.
