Bidders for the provision of Cleaning Services must be registered with Environmental Health Council of Nigeria (EHCON) in category A and shall provide evidence of valid practicing license expiring 31st December 2026 and shall have a Minimum Average Annual Turnover of N150,000,000.00 for three (3) years; b. Bidders for the provision of Security Services must be registered with the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC) and shall have a Minimum Average Annual Turnover of N200,000,000.00 for three (3) years; c. Bidders for the provision of Cleaning and Security Services must have an operational office in Abuja; 4.0 COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) from the office of the Director, Procurement 2nd floor, right wing, Procurement Department, Plot 1072 Cadastral Zone B10, Along Jabi-Airport Road, Opposite Major Oil Filling Station, Dakibiyu Jabi, Abuja with evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N 10,000.00(Ten thousand naira)only per lot, paid into the Investments and Securities Tribunals Remita account (3000045568) via generation of RRR on the Remita Platform in any reputable commercial bank in Nigeria.
