See Chapter 2 Of The Descriptive Document. The Rotterdam University Of Applied Sciences Has Estimated The Size Of The Framework Agreement At € 95,000.00 Per Year (Excluding Vat). This Estimate Takes Into Account An Extra Margin To Accommodate Any Additional Demand, For Example From Research Centers That Conduct Laboratory Research. However, The Research Activities Of These Centers Are Dependent On Government Subsidies, Which Means That The Annual Decrease Is Not Structural Or Predictable. For This Reason, An Additional Margin Has Been Included In The Total Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement.
