The Subject Of This Order Is The Purchase Of Electricity, Taking Into Account The Principles Set Out In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal Of Laws 2026, Item 43, As Amended). The Amount Of Purchased Electricity Will Be Settled According To The Actual Consumption Of This Energy By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Settlement Submitted By The Contractor. Expected Annual Consumption Of Electricity: Min. 300,000Kwh Max. 600,000Kwh This Order Does Not Include Electricity Distribution Services. The Ordering Party Has An Agreement For Electricity Distribution Services Concluded For An Indefinite Period. The Distribution System Operator Is: Pge Dystrybucja S.A. Białystok Branch. The Ordering Party Is Billed For The Electricity Distribution Service Provided In The B23 Tariff Group In One-Month Settlement Periods. The Ordering Party Has An Agreement With Renpro Sp. Z O. O. Contract For The Sale Of Electricity, The Deadline Of Which Expires On December 31, 2026. Note: The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Notify The Distribution System Operator For The Implementation Of The Electricity Sales Agreement To Which The Ordering Party Is A Party. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With The Necessary Information And Documents, Including Appropriate Powers Of Attorney Necessary For The Contractor To Carry Out The Procedure Of Changing The Electricity Supplier.
