The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Entitled: Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles On The Sulejów - Kurnędz - Biała Section By Rebuilding The Road Lane Of An Existing Public Road. This Investment Is Being Implemented In Accordance With The Project Financing Agreement No. Feld.03.01.-Iz.00-0012/25-00 Entitled Investments In The Field Of Non-Motorized Individual Transport In The Sulejów Commune (Hereinafter Referred To As The Project) Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027 Regional Program. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of An Investment Consisting In The Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Road With A Length Of Approximately 7.0 Km With An Asphalt Surface, Run Mainly In The Lane Of An Existing Public Road, Using The Existing The Communication System And Its Local Reconstruction And Adaptation To New Functions. The Order Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula And Includes Comprehensive Implementation Of The Task, Starting From The Development Of Design Documentation, Through Obtaining The Required Administrative Decisions, To The Execution Of Construction Works And Putting The Investment Into Use. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Designed And Constructed In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Terms Of Issued Administrative Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions, As Well As In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As: Ffu). The Investment Also Includes Widening The Road To The Extent Necessary To Implement The Project, In Particular To Ensure The Required Technical Parameters And User Safety. The Investment Also Includes The Construction Of Accompanying Infrastructure, Including In Particular: A) Construction Of Street Lighting, B) Implementation Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings, C) Implementation Of Small Architecture Elements, Including Benches And Waste Bins D) Planting Of Greenery Along The Route. Four Bike & Ride User Service Areas Are Planned, Equipped With: A) Roofed Solar Bicycle Shelters, B) Bicycle Racks, C) Benches And Rest Areas, D) Bicycle Repair Stations, E) Information Boards With Route Maps And Information For Users, Including People With Disabilities. Information Boards Will Contain Signs In Braille And Contrasting Graphics For The Visually Impaired, And The Information Will Also Be In A Foreign Language (At Least English). It Is Assumed That Solutions Using Renewable Energy Sources Will Be Used In The Accompanying Infrastructure, In Particular By Equipping Bicycle Shelters And Small Architectural Elements With Photovoltaic Installations, Serving, Among Others, To Power Lighting And Auxiliary Devices.
