The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Design And Construction Of A Public Utility Building With Connections, External And Internal Installations, Land Development And Technical Infrastructure Necessary For Its Operation In Gdańsk At Ul. Węsierska, Carried Out In Accordance With The Arrangements, Additions And Annexes Of The Functional And Utility Program, Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor, The Employers Requirements, Construction Permit, Technical Specifications, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Applicable Regulations, As Well As The Removal Of All Defects Occurring In This Subject During The Period Of Execution Of The Agreement And During The Period Of Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Physical Defects. Investment Under The Name: Construction Of The Center Care And Housing In Gdańsk, Is Being Created As Part Of The Departmental Program Of The Ministry Of Family And Social Policy Entitled Care And Residential Centers, Financed From The State Special Fund Called Solidarity Fund For Support Of Disabled People. The Facility Will Be Located In Gdańsk, At Ul. Węsierska, On Plot 478/5, District 0036, Owned By The Commune Of The City Of Gdańsk. The Designed Building Is Intended To Create Conditions For Independent Living And Functioning For Disabled People With A Significant Or Moderate Degree Of Disability And Must Meet The Standards Of The Care And Housing Center Described In The Program. The Scope Of The Planned Works Includes The Design And Construction Of A New Facility With A Total Area Not Exceeding 500 M2 And Two Above-Ground Floors, Without A Basement. The Building Is Planned To Be Constructed Using Wooden Technology In The Form Of Three-Dimensional (3D) Wooden Modules With A Reinforced Concrete Staircase And An Elevator Shaft, Where The Three-Dimensional (3D) Wooden Module Is An Independent Three-Dimensional 3D Object Consisting Of Load-Bearing Walls, A Lower Ceiling And An Upper Ceiling, Divided Depending On The Function Into Internal Rooms Such As: Hygienic And Sanitary Facilities, Rooms, Kitchen Rooms And Corridors. The Design Of The Modules Allows Them To Be Placed Side By Side And The Modules Of Individual Floors Can Be Installed On The Modules Of The Lower Floors. Three-Dimensional (3D) Wooden Modules Are Manufactured In The Factory And Then Delivered To The Construction Site In A Finished Form, To The Standard Described In The Design Documentation. It Is Not Allowed To Construct Modules On The Construction Site. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Chapter.
