Koszykowa 78 In Warsaw, Including The Following Activities: A) Preparation Of Technical Documentation For A Passenger Lift, B) Development Of Resources For The Installed Lift Based On Polish Standards, Technical Knowledge, Experience And Engineering Practice, C) Dismantling And Disposal Of The Existing Lift Passenger Car, D) Performance Of Construction Works Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, E) Including Adaptation Of The Existing Elevator Shaft For The Installation Of The Offered Lift, F) Modernization Of The Electrical Installation, To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, G) Delivery And Installation Of A Lifting Device With Parameters And Equipment Meeting The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of April 12, 2002 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location (Journal Of Laws Of 2022 Item 1225, As Amended) Specified In The Swz, The Contractors Offer And The Functional And Operational Program Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Agreement, H) Positive Technical Acceptance Of The Device By The Office Of Technical Inspection (Udt) And The Military Technical Supervision (Wdt), Including Preparation Of: J) As-Built And Registration Documentation, K) Approval Protocol For The Device, L) Specification Of The Lift Components And Technological Activities, Along With Determining The Time Cycles According To Which There Is A Need To Carry Out Their Ongoing Maintenance During The Warranty Period, M) Test Launch And Programming Of The Elevator According To The Ordering Partys Instructions, N) During The Quality Warranty Period, Performing Maintenance Activities On The Lift Within The Scope And On Dates Specified By The Manufacturer And The Office Of Technical Inspection, Without Additional Payment, Marking And Securing The Accepted Construction Site For The Duration Of The Works And Ensuring Safety Conditions And Proper Organization Of The Works, P) Ensuring The Ongoing Removal Of Unusable Materials (In Agreement With The Ordering Party) From The Construction Site And Disposal Of Waste Generated During The Demolition Of The Existing Lifting Device, Q) Due To The Fact That The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out In An Active Facility Of The Outpatient Clinic - Ensuring The Efficient Operation Of The Facility And Establishing Working Hours With The Representative Of The Ordering Party And Taking This Fact Into Account In The Work Schedule, R) Presenting, Before The Commencement Of The Order Execution, A List Of Persons Who Will Carry Out The Subject Of The Agreement On Behalf Of The Contractor, S) Presenting Upon Receipt Of The Device The Contractors Declaration That The Delivered Device Is Free From Physical And Legal Defects. 2.
