1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Photovoltaic Devices Together With The Performance Of Construction Works On The Building Of The General Education And Technical School Complex In Lubliniec, Consisting In The Installation Of Photovoltaic Devices With An Installed Electrical Power Of Not More Than 150 Kw, For Which Obtaining A Building Permit And Notification Is Not Required, In Accordance With Art. 29 Section 4 Point 3 Letter C) Construction Law, Including The Commissioning Of Devices.2) The Main Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Photovoltaic Devices Along With The Performance Of Construction Works. The Construction Works Included In The Order Are Ancillary To The Delivery Of Photovoltaic Devices And Are Necessary For The Proper Operation Of All Devices Designed And Agreed Upon In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Construction Law Provisions.3) The Scope Of Work Includes The Delivery Of Photovoltaic Devices Along With The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Installation Of A Photovoltaic Micro-Installation With A Battery Bank, Installation Of A Fire Protection Current Switch And Reactive Power Compensators, And The Transfer Of Both Meters, Including: A) Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation, With A Total Power Not Exceeding 30.24 Kwp With A 30 Kwh Battery For Meter No. 1 (School), B) Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation, With A Total Power Not Exceeding 10.8 Kwp With A 10 Kwh Battery For Meter No. 2 (Playing Field), C) Adaptation Of The Existing Lightning Protection Installation To The Designed Photovoltaic Installation, D) Installation Of A Fire Protection Switch Electricity, E) Installation Of Reactive Power Compensators, F) Moving The Measurement And Billing Systems For Both Meters Outside And Carrying Out Earthworks Along The Building.
