The Task Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula. 2. The Subject Of The Agreement Includes: Preparation Of Design Documentation Agreed With The Ordering Party, Together With Obtaining All Arrangements Required By Law, Studies, Derogations, Consents Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit Or Notification Of Works, Obtaining By The Contractor On Behalf Of The Ordering Party A Building Permit Or Making An Effective Notification Of Works, Execution Of Works Together With The Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of These Works. The Contractor Will Develop Design Documentation Along With The Necessary Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Is Co-Financed From The State Budget Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026, Under Area 2 Logistics Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies, In Accordance With The Contract No. 148.7.2/Ibw/Olioc/2026 Between The Voivode Of Małopolska And The Commune Of Sułkowice4. The Planned Investment Is The Construction Of A Single-Story Warehouse - A Civil Defense Warehouse With A Steel Structure In The Shape Of A Rectangle With A Building Area Of ​​216 M2, On Plots No. 1533/1 And 7717 In Sułkowice. 5.
