The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of The Surface Of Municipal Roads Located In Krynica-Zdrój And Mochnaczka Wyżna. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of The Following Elements Of Work: 1) Milling Of Bituminous Surfaces; 2) Mechanical Construction Of The Roadbed; 3) Execution Of The Lower Layer Of Foundation; 4) Execution Of The Upper Layer Of Foundation; 5) Construction Of Surfaces Made Of Mineral-Bituminous Mixtures; 6) Vertical Adjustment Of Manholes For Sewage Grates;7) Vertical Regulation Of Manholes For Sewer Manholes;8) Vertical Regulation Of Manholes For Water And Gas Valves. The Scope Of The Order Is Specified In Detail In The Design Documentation - Annex No. 7 To The Swz And Stwiorb - Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Contractor Must Offer At Least 12 One-Month Warranty Period For Physical Defects And Quality Guarantee For The Entire Subject Of The Order.
