Polna In The Town Of Łubnica, On Plots With Geodetic Numbers 570, 182/2, District 300505_5.0003 Łubnica, Grodzisk District; Greater Poland Voivodeship. 2. The Length Of The Road Section To Be Implemented Is 148 Meters. The Scope Of The Investment Includes: - Geodesic Protection. - Drainage/Regulations.- Utilities.- Pavement Borders. - Road. - Road On Kd. - Zones On Exits. - The Greenery Of The Roadside. - Solar-Wind Lighting Offset. - Traffic Organization. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In The Bill Of Quantities, Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Specification - Annex No. 2 To Swz.4. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Polish Standards, With The Provisions Of Law Currently In Force In A Given Field, Including The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations, Knowledge And Construction Practice. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Made Only From New Materials Approved For Trading And Use In Construction In Poland And The European Union. The Materials Must Have Technical Approvals And The Necessary Certificates, Approvals, Etc.5. The Trademarks, Proper Names, Etc. Indicated In The Documents Constitute Only A Qualitative, Functional, Technical And Technological Standard Relating To The Subject Of The Order. In All Cases Where, Due To The Specification Of The Subject Of The Order, The Names Of Materials, Devices Or Their Origin Are Indicated, The Use Of Equivalent Materials, Devices Is Allowed, I.E. Any Materials, Devices Mentioned By Name Used In The Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party Or Their Origin, Serve Only To Determine The Standard And May Be Replaced By Others With No Worse Technical, Functional, Qualitative, Functional And Aesthetic Parameters, Taking Into Account Proper Cooperation With Other Materials, Devices. The Names Used In The Order Documentation That Indicate Or Could Be Associated With A Manufacturer Or Company Are Not Intended To Favor The Solutions Of A Given Manufacturer, But To Indicate A Solution That Should Have Technical And Technological Features Not Worse Than Those Provided In The Technical Documentation.
