The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization (Reconstruction) Of The Access Road To Agricultural Land In The Town Of Fiukówka From Km 0+000 To Km 0+832. The Scope Of Construction Works Planned To Be Carried Out Will Be Carried Out On Plots With Registration Numbers 430, 427 And 461, District 0005 - Fiukówka;2. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes: - In The Scope Of Eligible Costs, Execution Of The Following Works: 1.) Construction Of The Foundation; - Construction Of The Foundation From Cement-Stabilized Aggregate With Rm = 7.5 Mpa From The Concrete Plant, 10 Cm Thick After Compaction, Cured With Sand And Water; - Construction Of The Upper Layer Of The Foundation From Crushed Dolomite Aggregates 0/31.5 Mm Thick 10 Cm After Compaction; 2.) Execution Of Surface Works; - Sprinkling Of Asphalt Emulsion In The Amount Of 0.5 Kg/M2 Of The Crushed Aggregate Base Layer; - Execution Of Surfaces Made Of Ac 11S Kr 1-2 Asphalt Mineral-Bituminous Mixtures, With A Thickness After Compaction Of 5 Cm (Wearing Layer); - In The Scope Of Non-Eligible Costs, Execution Of The Following Works: 1.) Preparatory Works: - Measurement Works In Linear Earthworks - Route Of Roads In Plain Terrain Together With The Preparation Of Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory; - Removal Of A Layer Of Fertile Soil (Topsoil) Up To 15 Cm Thick Using Bulldozers Under The Roadside With The Removal Of Excavated Material; - Milling On A Bituminous Surface Up To 4 Cm Thick With The Transfer Of Demolition Material To The Roadside; 2.) Finishing Works: - Construction Of Roadside Surfaces From Crushed Dolomite Aggregate 0/31.5 Mm - Top Layer 10 Cm Thick After Rolling.3. Additional Conditions For The Implementation Of The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Implementation Of The Works Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization (Reconstruction) Of The Access Road To Agricultural Land, Together With Works Resulting From The Execution Of The Order, Not Provided For In The Above-Mentioned. Documentation, And Necessary For Its Implementation.2) The Implementation Of The Works Includes The Delivery Of All Materials Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order, Which Will Not Come From Production Earlier Than 6 Months From The Date Of Commencement Of The Works.3) To Perform The Order, The Contractors Are Obliged To Use New Materials, Guaranteeing The Highest Quality Of The Works Performed.4) As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Make The Necessary Markings And Security Measures At The Place Of Work, Ensure Safe Conditions For Road, Road And Pedestrian Traffic In The Area Of The Works, In Accordance With Applicable Law, Projects And To Provide Its Own Surveying Services, If Necessary.5) As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With All Certificates, Protocols, Technical Approvals F
