The Subject Of The Investment Is The Reconstruction Of An Existing Bicycle Shelter And The Construction Of An Educational Shelter, As Well As The Construction Of Two Retention Tanks For Rainwater Along With Infrastructure For Temporary Collection Of Rainwater And Using It For Irrigation Of Green Areas. Due To Budget Constraints, The Construction Of A Second Bicycle Shelter And A Playground For Children In The General School Complex Is Not Planned. As Part Of The Investment, It Is Also Planned To Replace The Concrete Pavement Along With Enlarging Some Of The Paved Areas And Building An External Stand.2. Scope Of Planned Construction And Assembly Works: A) Reconstruction Of The Existing Bicycle Shelter Consisting Of Strengthening The Steel Structure, Repainting It, Replacing The Roof Covering And Making The So-Called Green Roof On Its Covering, B) Construction Of A Teaching Shelter, C) Construction Of A Reinforced Concrete Stand, D) Replacement Of Hardened Surfaces And Construction Of New Surfaces Made Of Concrete Cubes, E) Reconstruction And Replacement Of The Cladding Of External Stairs, F) Sanitary Installations: - Rainwater, - Automatic Irrigation, G) Construction Of Lawns And Plantings.
