The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works In The Scope Of Renovation Of Two It Classrooms Together With The Installation Of A Sound System, Air Conditioning And The Installation Of Furniture In The Technical School Complex In Turek, Which Consists Of: Door4 Installation Of Air Conditioning,5 Modernization Of Electrical And Central Heating Installations,6 Preparation Of Power Supply For The Projector7 Installation Of The Halls Sound System,3If The Documentation Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin In Relation To Certain Materials Or Devices - The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows Offering Equivalent Materials Or Devices. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. The Term Minimum Quality Parameters And Performance Characteristics Means That The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements For Materials Or Devices Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Websites Of Manufacturers. The Ordering Party, By Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Also Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Performance Characteristics At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Recognizing Each Product With The Indicated Or Better Parameters, Which Also Meets The Requirements Specified In The Documentation Of The Subject Of The Contract. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Use Of Replacement Or Equivalent Materials Must Be Preceded By Attaching To The Offer Information Containing A List Of Materials Intended To Be Used. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For An Obligation And Does Not Require The Submission Of An Offer After An On-Site Inspection Or Verification Of Documents Necessary For The Execution Of The Order, But In Order To Correctly Estimate The Order, It Recommends That The Contractor Conduct An On-Site Inspection And Makes Available At The Ordering Partys Office The Documents Necessary For The Execution Of The Order.
