1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion And Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 102016B Along With The Necessary Infrastructure In The City. Okuniowiec, Nowa Wieś And Mała Huta, Commune Suwałki, With A Total Length Of Approx. 3.2 Km2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 2 Stages: 1) Stage I Design Documentation - Includes The Development Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining A Final Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment, Based On Applicable Legal Regulations, And Providing Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works, In Particular: A) Developing Maps For Design Purposes; B) Developing And Obtaining Approval Of The Concept Of The Land Development Project By The Ordering Party; C) Developing A Plot Development Design And An Architectural And Construction Design Based On O Fup, Technical Conditions Issued By The Network Management Boards And Obtaining All Arrangements And Opinions Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment And Obtaining A Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (The Documents And Materials Necessary For The Contractor To Submit Appropriate Applications Are Prepared By The Contractor And He Bears Full Responsibility For Their Improper Preparation And The Consequences That May Occur As A Result); D) Obtaining, Acting On The Basis Of The Power Of Attorney Granted By The Ordering Party, The Final Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid), Including The Preparation Of A Complete Application, All Required Annexes, Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Explanations And Supplementing The Documentation At The Request Of The Competent Authority; E) Developing A Technical Design With Division Into Industries In Consultation With The Ordering Party, If Necessary; F) Developing Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwior); G) Preparing A Bill Of Quantities And An Offer Cost Estimate Based On The Developed Design Documentation (The Value Of The Cost Estimate Should Correspond To The Lump Sum Price), Divided Into Industries, If Necessary; H) Agreeing With The Ordering Party On The Concept And Design Documentation;I) Preparing An Application And Submitting, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, To The Competent Minister, For Exemption From The Obligation To Build A Technological Duct If The Ordering Party Decides Not To Build A Technological Duct;2) Complete Design Documentation Consists Of The Following Elements: A) Plot Or Area Development Plan; B) Architectural And Construction Design; C) Attachments: Opinions, Arrangements, Bioz Information, Soil Tests, Geotechnical Opinions; D) Technical Design Divided Into Industries;E) Temporary Traffic Organization Design (If Applicable);F) Permanent Traffic Organization Design;G) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwior);H) Bills Of Quantities With An Offer Cost Estimate;I) Final Decision On
