The Scope Includes In Particular Preparatory And Measuring Works, Demolition Works, Earthworks, Construction Of Curbs And Edges, Construction Of Ballasts And Bases, Construction Of A Sidewalk Surface With Concrete Paving Stones, Execution Of Exits From Concrete Paving Stones, Vertical Adjustment Of Manholes And Reconstruction Of A Hydrant, If It Results From The Documentation And Bill Of Quantities. Deadline For Completion Of Stage Ii: Up To 60 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Contract. After Completing All The Works Covered By Stage Ii And Their Acceptance By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Be Entitled To Issue A Partial Invoice For The Execution Of Stage Ii. Stage Iii: Modernization Of The Municipal Road In Ruda. The Scope Of The Stage Includes The Execution Of Road Works In The Town Of Ruda, In Particular Measuring And Earthworks, Land Planning, Forming And Compacting Embankments, Making Curbs And Edges, Ballasts, Crushed Aggregate Sub-Base. And Concrete Paving Stone Surfaces. Deadline For Completion Of Stage Iii: Up To 90 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. After Completion Of All Works Covered By Stage Iii And Their Acceptance By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Be Entitled To Issue A Partial/Final Invoice For The Execution Of Stage Iii.
