3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Adaptation Of Rooms In Educational Institutions As Part Of Eu Projects. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Projects Titled: 3.1.1. School On Saturday On Time - Support For A School From The Bielawy Commune, Project Co-Financing Agreement No. Feld.08.07-Iz.00-0195/25, And3.1.2. School Of The Future, School Of Our Dreams Support Of The Primary School In Oszkowice In The Bielawy Commune, Project Co-Financing Agreement No. Feld.08.07-Iz.00-0190/25, And3.1.3. I Think, I Create, I Act - School Of The Future Of The Primary School In Bielawy - Agreement On Co-Financing Of The Project No. Feld.08.07-Iz.00-0197/25 Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027, Measure Feld.08.07 General Education, Priority Feld.08 European Funds For Education And Human Resources In The Łódź Region.3.2. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Construction Practice. The Offer Must Include The Costs Related To The Organization Of The Work Site, Ensuring That The Work Is Managed By Persons With Appropriate Authorizations, The Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of All Necessary Materials, The Performance Of Inspections, Tests, Tests - If Necessary, And The Collection Of Documents Required By Law. It Will Be The Contractors Responsibility To Complete The Necessary Documents And Complete All Procedures. 3.3. The Offer Should Be Based On Materials With Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities.3.4.
