1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Treatment Devices For Treatment Bases At Uzdrowisko Kołobrzeg S.A. In Kołobrzeg, In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. Description Of The Devices In Annex 1 To Swz.2. The Supplied Equipment Should Be Brand New And Equipped With Appropriate Approvals And Certificates, And Should Meet The Technical And Operational Parameters Described In The Product Specifications Included In Annex 1 To This Specification. Each Device Should Be Accompanied By An Operating Manual In Polish And A Warranty Card.3. The Delivery Includes The Delivery Of The Ordered Equipment By The Contractors Transport To The Destination, Installation Of The Devices At The Workplace, Connection Of The Devices To Appropriate Networks And Their Commissioning, As Well As Training Of The Staff Operating The Devices.4. Response Time To Possible Failures Is A Maximum Of 24 Hours During The Warranty Period.5. In The Event Of Longer Failures Exceeding 2 Days, Providing A Replacement Device With The Same Functionalities.6. Regular Mandatory Service Inspections At Least Once A Month From The Final Delivery Report Confirmed In The Inspection Book.7. The Warranty Period For The Supplied Equipment Is Not Less Than 3 Years.
