The Subject Of The Order Is The Transport Of Disabled Children And Young People From The Wilków Commune To And From Namysłów, Including The Provision Of Care For Children And Young People On The Way To And From Namysłów. Transport Will Take Place On School Days, According To The Preliminary Plan Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract. School Days During The Order Execution Period Approximately 187 Days. It Is Expected To Transport 6 People. The Number Of Children/Young People Transported May Increase Or Decrease During The Execution Of The Order. The Given Number Of People Is Valid As Of The Date Of The Public Procurement Announcement. The Contractor Will Take Into Account The Possibility Of Changing The Hours Of Transport And Collection Of Children Resulting From The Organization Of School Work. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party About Any Change In The Implementation Of The Contract, And In The Event Of A Change In The Route And Travel Hours, Also The Legal Guardians Of The Children. As Of The Date Of The Public Procurement Announcement, The Number Of Kilometers For Transporting Children Is 70 Km Per Day. This Quantity May Change During The Execution Of The Order In The Event Of An Increase Or Decrease In The Number Of Children Or Changes In Educational Institutions. Transport Will Take Place On School Days In Educational Institutions, In The Period From September 1, 2026 To June 25, 2027. The Contractor Will Provide Services By Means Of Transport That Meet All The Requirements For The Transport Of Disabled Children And Youth Contained In Applicable Law. Vehicles Must Have Seats For All Transported Children And Adolescents, They Must Be Fully Functional And, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, They Should Have Appropriate Marking Of The Vehicle For The Transport Of Disabled Children And Adolescents. Vehicles Performing The Service Must Have Third Party Liability And Accident Insurance And A Current Technical Inspection. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Trained And Qualified Staff In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions, Guaranteeing The Performance Of Services With Due Diligence. The Contractor, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, Is Obliged To: - Secure Appropriate Vehicles/Vehicles Together With Drivers, - Ensure Punctual And Scheduled Transport Of Children And Youth, - Ensuring Proper Care During The Provision Of Services - Persons Responsible For Comprehensive Care Of Children And Youth During Transport (Vehicle Drivers Cannot Simultaneously Care For Children And Youth), Contractors Submitting Offers Are Obliged To Familiarize Themselves With The Relevant Provisions Of Law, Acts And Regulations In Force In Poland, Which May In Any Way Influence Or Refer To The Activities Undertaken In C
