The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Attachments: 1) Price Specification - Appendix No. 2 To The Swz, 2) Functional And Utility Program - Appendix No. 3 To The Swz, 3) Designed Provisions Of The Contract That Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Agreement - Appendix No. 6 To The Swz.3. The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Submitting Equivalent Offers - The Description Of Equivalence Is Included In Chapter Iv Of The Swz.4. The Ordering Party Informs That The Subject Of The Order In This Procedure Is Implemented As Part Of The G4pl - Genomics For Poland Project Co-Financed By The European Union Under The European Funds For A Modern Economy Program, Priority 2.
