Tenders Are Invited For Delivery, Installation, Assembly And Commissioning Of Two Pieces Of Ups Emergency Power Supplies Along With Sets Of Batteries Intended For Operation In The Guaranteed Power Supply System

1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Two (2) Pieces Of Ups Emergency Power Supplies With A Rated Power Of 15 Kva Each, Together With Sets Of Batteries Intended For Operation In The Uninterrupted Power Supply System. 2) General Requirements: The Offered Devices Must Be Brand New, Unused And Come From An Official Distribution Channel And Have Warranty And Post-Warranty Service In Poland. The Ordering Party Informs That It Currently Uses Ups Power Supplies Of The Ester Dsp 315-Ln Type, Therefore The Offered Ups Power Supplies Must Have Equipment, Parameters And Functionality Not Worse Than Those Of The Ordering Party And Provide At Least 13 Minutes Of Autonomous Battery Backup With A Load Of 10Kw. All System Elements Must Be Delivered Complete And Ready For Operation.3) The Contractor Will Dismantle And Dispose Of The Existing 2 Ups Units Together With The Batteries Installed Inside The Devices (62 Units/1 Ups).4) The Contractor Will Conduct Training For The Ordering Partys Staff, Including: - Operation Of The Ups System, - Basic Operational Activities, - Alarm Procedures.5) The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Delivered And Installed Ups, Along With All The Works Performed As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, Incl. Including For Work Performed By Subcontractors, Including: - 24 Months For The Delivered Ups Together With All The Work Performed As Part Of The Subject Of The Order; - Minimum 24 Months For Batteries. 6) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Important Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Appendix No. 3 To The Swz And In The Content Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
