The Subject Of This Order Is The Production Of Advertising Spots For A Promotional Campaign About The European Funds. The Spots Will Show The Role Of Eu Funds And Values In The Development Of Podkarpacie Through The Prism Of Selected Eu Projects Implemented In The Region. The Spots Will Be Produced According To The Following Specifications: A) 4 Different Advertising Spots In Two Time Versions: • Version Up To 180 S. Minimum 120 S. (Horizontal) • Version Up To 30 S. Minimum 25 S. (Horizontal) B) Shortcut Of Each Of The 4 Advertising Spots In A Vertical Form For Social Media, In Three Time Versions, According To The Specifications: • 1 X Up To 60 S. (Min. 50 S.) • 1 X Up To 30 S. (Min. 25 S.) • 1 X Up To 15 S. (Min. 10 S.) Total: 20 Video Materials And Their Available Versions. Short Versions Should Be Separate Edits Adapted To The Indicated Broadcast Time, And Not Just A Technical Shortening Of The Basic Version.
