The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution, As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Superstructure, Reconstruction And Renovation Of Operating Blocks And The Central Sterilization Room With Infrastructure And Reconstruction Of The Aggregation Room At The Provincial Hospital Of St. Jadwiga The Queen In Rzeszów, Complete Design Documentation Entitled Central Sterilization Room As Part Of The Task Superstructure, Reconstruction And Renovation Of Operating Blocks And The Central Sterilization Room With Infrastructure And Reconstruction Of The Aggregation Room In The Provincial Hospital Of St. Jadwiga The Queen In Rzeszów And Providing Authors Supervision Covering Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Prepared Design Documentation. The Design Documentation Will Be Developed On The Basis Of The Design Documentation For The Investment Task Provided By The Ordering Party, Users Requirements And Comments, The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And On The Basis Of Administrative Decisions.2. The Contractor Will Prepare The Design Documentation And Perform The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order In The Following Stages: 1) Stage 0 - Analysis Of Documentation And Multi-Discipline Inventory, Obtaining All Decisions, Including A Building Permit Decision (If Necessary) Or Obtaining No Objection From The Architectural Administration In Relation To The Notification Of Construction Works, Obtaining Technical Conditions (If Necessary), Arrangements And Deviations Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Task. Stage 0 Is Closely Related To The Remaining Stages.2) Stage 1 - Including The Development Of A Multi-Industry Conceptual Design In Accordance With The Guidelines Contained In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Together With All Preparatory Activities Described In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Stage 1 Completed With Acceptance By The Ordering Party.3) Stage 2 - Including Work Related To The Preparation Of The Architectural And Construction Design, To The Extent Necessary To Obtain A Replacement Building Permit (If Necessary) Or The Notification Of Construction Works, And Information Concerning Health And Safety, Taking Into Account The Guidelines Contained In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Ended With The Acceptance Of The Architectural And Construction Design By The Ordering Party. 4) Stage 3 - Including Work Related To The Preparation Of Technical Designs, Taking Into Account The Guidelines Contained In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Ending With The Acceptance Of The Technical Designs By The Ordering Party (If Necessary). 5) Stage 4 - Including Work Related To The Preparation Of Executive Designs, Taking Into Account The Guidelines Contained In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Ending With The Acceptance Of These Designs By The Ordering Party.6) Stage 5 - Including Work Related To The Development Of Specifications Technical
