Tenders Are Invited For Updating The Egib Databases With Data On Buildings, Premises And Land Use, As Well As Databases: Bdot500 And Gesut For The Registration Districts Of Cząstkowice And Czudowice, Roźwienica Commune.

The Subject Of This Order Are Geodetic, Cartographic And It Services Consisting In The Performance Of Work Related To Updating The Databases Of The Land And Building Records (Egib) With Data On Buildings, Premises And Land Use, As Well As Updating The District Databases Bdot500 And Gesut, In Accordance With Applicable Law And Models.2. The Subject Of This Order Has Been Divided Into 2 Parts.3. Part No. 1 Of The Order Titled: Updating The Database Of The Land And Building Records With Data Regarding Buildings, Premises And Land Use And Databases: Bdot500 And Gesut For The Registration District Of Cząstkowice, Roźwienica Commune Includes: 1) Updating, Supplementing And Adapting The Registration Data Contained In The Database Of The Land And Buildings Records To The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development, Labor And Technology Of July 27 2021 On The Register Of Land And Buildings (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 219, As Amended) In The Field Of Geometric And Descriptive Data Of Buildings, Premises And Land Uses;2) Updating The Bdot500 And Gesut Databases In Connection With The Improvement Of The Geometry Of Buildings And Elements Related To Buildings, As Well As The Qualification Of Buildings To The Appropriate Databases;3) Preparation By Creator Of Files In The Gml Format For Updating The Egib, Bdot500 And Gesut Databases.4. The Quantitative And Qualitative Scope Of Geodetic, Cartographic And It Works Which Are The Subject Of Part No. 1 Of The Order As Well As The Technical Assumptions And Conditions For Their Implementation Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of Part No. 1 Of The Order - Wt Cząstkowice, Constituting Annex No. 1.1 To Swz.5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty And Quality Guarantee For The Completed Item Of Part No. 1 Of The Order (Geodetic, Cartographic And It Services Performed) For The Period Declared By The Contractor In The Submitted Offer, Counted From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Entire Subject Of The Order Without Reservations, Which Cannot Be Shorter Than 36 Days 2) Bear All Costs Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Order/Contract, Including All Fees Related To The Performance Of The Contract, Previously Unforeseen, And Arising During Or As A Result Of The Execution Of The Order/Contract.6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Subject Of Part No. 1 Of The Order In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Provisions Of The Swz, The Provisions Of Its Own Offer And The Conditions Detailed In The Provisions Of The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 8.1 To The Swz.7. Note: If The Description Of The Subject Of Part No. 1 Of The Order Uses The Names Of Products Or Products, Manufacturers, Brands Or Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process, It Serves Only To Determine The Parameters Of The Ordered Supplies, Services Or Construction Works Or Products Or Products, Quality, Technical And Functional Stand
