The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Propellants And Lubricants For The Municipal Cleaning Company In The Capital City Of Warsaw Sp. Z O.O. Divided Into Tasks: Task 1 - Purchase And Delivery Of Hydraulic, Gear, Mineral And Transformer Oils. Planned Contract Completion Date - 3 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. Contracts Will Be Implemented Based On Unit Prices Proposed By The Contractor In The Most Advantageous Offer And Based On Partial Orders, Which Will Be Placed Via E-Mail. The Contract Will Be Signed For The Value Of The Offer Submitted By The Contractor. The Deadline For Completing A Partial Order Is Up To 30 Calendar Days From The Moment The Ordering Party Places The Partial Order (By E-Mail). The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Offers Containing Regenerated Oils. The Order Will Be Delivered On Business Days (Excluding Days Off, I.E. Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays) Between 8:00 A.M. And 2:00 P.M. Required Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order - A Minimum Of 24 Months From The Date Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract. For The Subject Of The Order For Which The Manufacturer Specifies A Longer Warranty Period, The Contractor Shall Grant The Same Warranty Period From The Date On Which The Compliance Of The Delivery With The Order Was Verified. The Offered Products Must Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Tables Describing The Subject Of The Order And Have A Safety Data Sheet For A Dangerous Substance Or Dangerous Preparation (If Required For A Given Product).
