A Detailed Description Of The Subject And The Size Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Terms Of Reference - Price Form.4. The Maximum Order Quantity Is Specified In Annex 2 To The Swz - Price Form.5. All Delivered Products Must Be Properly Logged, In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Guidelines. Detailed Information Regarding Logging In Is Included In The Draft Agreement (Annex No. 4 To The Swz).6. Deliveries Will Be Made To The Kwp In Kraków, Ul. Mogilska 109. The Ordering Party Requires Properly Secured Delivery Appropriate For A Given Product.7. The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement Does Not Deprive The Ordering Party Of The Right To Order The Supplies In Question Through Separate Public Procurement Procedures.8. The Framework Agreement Will Be Valid From The Date Of Its Conclusion For 12 Months, But No Longer Than Until The Quantity Of The Product Specified Therein Is Exhausted. The Deadlines For The Completion Of Partial Orders Are Up To 14 Calendar Days From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Visualization With The Logo Referred To In § 4 Section. 7 Of The Draft Contract.
