Part 1 - Delivery Of A Weeding Harrow For The Needs Of The Trzcianka Forest District:• Weeding Harrow (Swinging Weeder) - 1 Pc., With An Automatic Ground Following System Allowing Even Weeding On Seed Beds, Regardless Of The Location Or Inclination Of The Ground,• The Harrow Must Be Hydraulically Driven And Have An Adjustable Double Beam With A Hydraulic Drive With At Least 40 Movable Harrows (With A Height Ranging From 70 To 75 Cm) Moving In A Zigzag Pattern, • The Harrow Must Have Four Manually Adjustable Support Wheels For Raised Beds, • The Harrow Must Have Goose Feet Behind The Support Wheels To Eliminate Weeds In Between The Rows, • The Harrow Must Have The Same Working Depth Over The Entire Width Of The Bed, • The Harrow Must Have Two Wheeled Elements With Sensor Adapting To The Inclination And Height, The Subject Of The Order Includes: Delivery And Commissioning Of Devices, Demonstration Of The Correct Operation Of All Components, Training Of People At The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Provision Of Service And Maintenance Services During The Warranty Period At The Place Of Delivery. The Above Activities Will Be Carried Out At The Place Of Delivery (Business School Of The Trzcianka Forest District, Niekursko, Ul. Poznańska 44, 64-980 Trzcianka), Within Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Ordering Partys Agricultural Tractor Will Be Used To Check The Correct Operation Of The Devices. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Minimum 12-Month Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects On The Subject Of The Order, Counting From The Date Of Delivery And Signing Of The Acceptance Protocol. The Guarantee And Warranty For Defects Will Cover The Cases Specified In The Contract Template - Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
