The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase, Loading, Transport And Unloading Of Road Materials And Will Take Place On Working Days, From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M., Successively, In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Individual Orders, To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party (Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Chojnice).4. The Delivered Road Materials Must Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Physical Defects And Complete, Cannot Be Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties, And Must Also Meet Appropriate Standards And Have The Necessary Technical Approvals, Certificates And Declarations Of Conformity Allowing For Use In Road Construction.5. The Contractor Will Provide Such Packaging Of The Delivery Item As Is Required To Prevent Its Damage Or Deterioration Of Quality During Transport To The Place Of Delivery And Unloading. In The Event Of Damage To Road Materials During Transport, The Contractor Will Immediately Replace The Damaged Road Materials With New Ones, At His Own Expense.6. A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
