The Subject Of This Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Teaching Aids Under The Project Titled: : School Of Success In Servants. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 3 Parts, I.E.: Part 1 - Purchase Of Teaching Aids. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Quantities And Minimum Requirements That The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Meet, For Each Part Of The Order Separately, Is Included In Annexes No. 2A To The Swz And The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.4.4 The Contractor May Submit An Offer For All Or Some Selected Parts Of The Order.4.5 The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions For The Supply Of Teaching Aids Indicated In The Detailed Description Subject Of The Order, Meeting Applicable Standards And Requirements. Therefore, It Is Allowed To Propose In The Offer Any Equivalent Market Equivalents With Properties Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Parameters Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Determine The Minimum Technical, Operational, Utility, Quality And Functional Conditions That The Subject Of The Order Is To Meet. The Offer May Include Systems, Technologies, Parameters, Functions, Etc. Of Other Appropriate Teaching Aids, But With Technical, Qualitative Parameters And Performance And Functional Properties Corresponding (Not Inferior Or Similar) To The Teaching Aids Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, For Each Part Of The Order. Additionally, Replacement Teaching Aids Accepted For Valuation Should Fulfill The Function They Are Intended To Serve, Be Compatible With Other Equipment Existing At The Ordering Party And Produce The Intended Effect. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove That The Applied Equivalent Solutions Will Enable All Functional Assumptions Of The Subject Of The Order To Be Achieved. The Burden Of Proving That The Device Is Equivalent To The Requirement Specified By The Ordering Party Rests With The Contractor. 4.6 The Subject Of The Order Delivered Under All The Above-Mentioned Parts Of The Order Must Be A Brand New Product, I.E. Free From Defects, Unused, Undamaged, Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties, And Meet Applicable Safety Standards. Contractors Are Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Description In The Appendices To This Tor In Terms Of Quality, Aesthetics, Functionality And Safety.
