Tenders Are Invited For Providing Catering Services To Kindergartens

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services To The Ordering Party - The Service Of Preparing And Delivering Meals For Children Attending The Branches Of Kindergarten No. 1 In Brusy Located At Ul. Armii Krajowej 1A. 2. Place Of Service: Kindergarten No. 1 In Brusy Ul. Armii Krajowej 1A.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Three Meals A Day, I.E. Breakfast, A Two-Course Lunch (Soup, Main Course) And An Afternoon Snack For A Group Of Up To 68 Children. Meals Will Be Delivered On All Working Days, I.E. From Monday To Friday, Except Public Holidays And Days Off From Classes In The Kindergarten, About Which The Contractor Will Be Notified Within A Minimum Of 7 Days, Except For Exceptional Situations - Documented By The Ordering Party, E.G. The Need To Temporarily Close The Kindergarten By Sanitary Services Or Caused By Situations Beyond The Ordering Partys Control.4. Meals Will Be Delivered Twice A Day From 7.45 A.M. To 8.15 A.M. Breakfast And From 10.30 A.M. To 11.00 A.M. Lunch And Afternoon Snack.5. The Ordering Party Estimates That The Number Of Meals Delivered During The Term Of The Contract May Amount To: 15,708 Portions Of Breakfast, 15,708 Portions Of Lunch And 9,240 Portions Of Afternoon Tea. The Amount Of Supplies Is An Estimate, Depending On The Attendance Of Children Or Changes In The Declarations Of Parents Willing To Feed Their Children, It May Be Reduced To 30% And Cannot Constitute The Basis For Any Claims By The Contractor. 6. The Service Should Meet The Following Conditions: A) The Contractor Is Responsible For Compliance With The Preparation Of Meals In Accordance With The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended) Together With The Implementing Provisions Of This Act, In Accordance With The Requirements For A Given Age Group Resulting From The Current Nutritional Standards For The Polish Population, Developed By The Food Institute And Nutrition In Warsaw, As Well As The Legal Provisions In The Field Of Food Hygiene, Haccp Standards And Collective Catering And Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of August 26, 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Educational System Units And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of The Collective Catering Of Children And Adolescents In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1154 As Amended). B) The Number Of Meals Served Will Depend On The Attendance Of Children In Kindergarten. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Children And The Amount Of Meals Provided In Accordance With The Actual Need. Financial Settlements Between The Service Provider And The Ordering Party Will Be Based On The Meals Actually Delivered And The Gross Price Of A One-Day Meal For One Child. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims
