The Order Concerns The Transport Of Children And Adolescents In Accordance With The Route Specification Along With Route Maps, The Regulations For The Transport Of Children, And The Guardians Declaration, In The Period From September 1, 2026 To The End Of The School Year 2026/2027, I.E. Until June 25, 2027, To The Following Schools: 1/ School And Kindergarten Complex. Jana Szklarz In Graboszyce Ul. Wadowicka 145, 2/ Primary School. Henryka Sienkiewicza In Laskowa Ul. Zdrojowa 9.3/ Complex Of General Education Schools. Mikołaja Kopernika In Zator Ul. Congressowa 11.4/ Primary School. Aleksandra Kamińskiego In Smolice Ul. Educational 3. Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Specification Of Routes With Route Maps (The Maps Are Illustrative, Divided Into Sections, And Each Bus Covers The Designated Routes Continuously In Accordance With The Presented Specification). Regulations For Transporting Children, Guardians Declaration, And All The Information Below, Included In Point 3 - Annex No. 2 To Swz/ The Total Length Of The Daily Route For Transporting And Dropping Off Children Is Approx. 153.9 Km (The Sum Of The Lengths Of All Bus Routes). B/ The Service Will Be Provided On School Days, I.E. From September 1, 2026 To June 25, 2027, With The Exception Of Public Holidays And Holidays. And Holidays. Estimated Number Of Days On Which Courses Will Be Held: 188 Days. However, The Number Of Courses May Change Due To The Adjustment Of Transport To The Teaching Schedule, Ensuring The Full Attendance Of Students In Classes, Excluding Days Off. C/ Children Will Be Transported To Schools By Two Buses: No. 1 - Min. 48 Seats, No. 2 – Min. 48 Seats, Children Will Also Be Transported From Schools By Two Buses: No. 1 - Min. 48 Seats, No. 2 – Min. 48 Seats. D/ The Contractor Must Have At Least Three Fully Operational Buses, Adapted To Transport People, With A Minimum Number Of Seats - 48 Each, Of Which The Third Bus Is A Reserve In The Event Of A Failure Of The Basic Bus. Vehicle Documents To Be Presented Before Signing The Contract. Attention! The Ordering Party Does Not Require Four Buses, But In The Event Of A Simultaneous Failure Of Both Basic Buses, The Contractor Will Immediately Provide An Additional Fourth Reserve Bus, To Which All Provisions Of The Swz And The Agreement Apply As To The Other Three. E/ In The Event Of A Bus Breakdown, The Contractor Undertakes To Repair It Immediately Or Provide A Replacement Vehicle That Meets All The Conditions For Transporting Children And To Fulfill The Order Within The Shortest Possible Time Indicated In The Offer. The Contractor Shall Immediately (On The Same Day) Notify The Ordering Party About The Failure. If The Time Limits Are Exceeded, Contractual Penalties Apply As In The Draft Contract. F/ Buses Must Meet All Technical Requirements Provided For In The Relevant Regulations. G/ Buses Must Be Covered By Third Party Liability And Accident Insurance. H/ Buses Must Have An Exhaust Emission Standard Of At Lea
