Tenders Are Invited For Successive Provision Of Social Services Of Preparing, Delivering And Serving Meals With The Right Of Option For The John Paul Ii Catholic University Of Lublin
The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Social Services Of Preparing, Delivering And Serving Meals For The John Paul Ii Catholic University Of Lublin, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Has Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Individual Product Items That Can Be Implemented As A Basic Order Or As An Optional Order (Which Can Be Activated). The Total Quantity Of Each Type Of Product Included In The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Given Quantities Of Each Product Are Estimated Quantities. In The Basic Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order A Smaller Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Or To Resign From Some Items, Depending On The Needs Of The John Paul Ii Catholic University Of Lublin. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Complete The Purchase For 60% Of The Value Of The Subject Of The Basic Order, The Remaining 40% Will Depend On Its Own Needs, Which Cannot Constitute The Basis For Claims On The Part Of The Contractor For Failure To Complete Part Of The Contract. An Optional Order May Be Activated Multiple Times During The Contract Period. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Completely Cancel An Optional Order. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. An Option Is An Option Right Within The Meaning Of Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Exercise The Option Right Provided That It Informs The Contractor About This Fact. Detailed Requirements Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Chapter. V Swz And Ppu - Annex No. 9 To Swz.
