1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Construction Materials In Accordance With The Lists In Annex 4 To The Swz - Aggregates. The Offered Prices Include The Cost Of Transport, Delivery And Unloading At Indicated Places In The Walim Commune. Transport Is To Take Place Via The Shortest Possible Route. 2. Estimated Quantities Of Ordered Materials Are Specified In The Price Forms. The Task Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Individual Orders, Provided That In Accordance With Art. 433 Of The Public Procurement Law, During The Execution Of This Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Quantity Of Purchased Materials By Up To -30%.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Price Forms (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz) And Important Contractual Provisions (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz).
