1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Light Fuel Oil For Heating Purposes To: - Oil Boiler Room Of The School And Kindergarten Complex In Choczewo, Ul. Szkolna 2 In The Amount Of Up To 140,000 Liters - Oil Boiler Room Of The Commune Office In Choczew, Ul. Prych Osadników 17 And The Headquarters Of The Volunteer Fire Department Choczewo Ul. Świerkowa 8 In A Total Quantity Of Up To 32,000 Liters. The Estimated Scope Of Services In Total Includes The Supply Of Light Fuel Oil In An Amount Of Up To 172,000 Liters, Including Transport. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Amount Of Fuel Oil Referred To Above In The Event Of A Change In The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Dictated By Weather, Economic, Technological Or Organizational Conditions, As Well As The Occurrence Of Force Majeure. In Such A Case, Due To The Limitation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party. In The Situation Referred To Above, The Ordering Party Determines The Minimum Value Of The Order In The Amount Of 50% Of The Remuneration. If The Financial Resources Specified In The Contract Are Not Fully Used Above This Value, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims. Kinematic Viscosity At 20 Degrees C - Max 6.00 Mm2/S8. Water Content, - Max. 200 Mg/Kg9. Residue After Incineration - Max. 0.01% (M/M) Fuel Oil Should Be Delivered At The Contractors Own Expense And Risk To The Boiler Room Located Next To The Building Of The School And Kindergarten Complex In Choczewo, To The Building Of The Commune Office In Choczewo And To The Fire Station Of The Volunteer Fire Department In Choczewo. Minimum Single Delivery In The Amount Of 1000 Dm3. Deliveries Should Be Made By Road Tankers Equipped With Pumps, Hoses With Ends Adapted For Fuel Infusion And Meters Indicating The Amount Of Fuel Oil Dispensed. Distribution Devices In Road Tankers Should Be Sealed And Have All Required And Current Approvals And Tests. Order Processing Time - Up To 48 Hours From The Time Of Ordering By E-Mail Or Telephone. Each Delivery Must Include A Quality Certificate For The Delivered Batch Of Oil, Issued By The Manufacturer. Lack Of A Quality Certificate May Constitute Grounds For Refusing To Collect Oil. The Ordering Party Will Not Incur Any Costs Other Than Those Mentioned By The Bidders In Their Submitted Offers. The Subject Of The Order Includes All Costs And Components Related To The Execution Of The Order, Including: Transport, Loading, Unloading And Insurance Costs.
