The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Provision Of Patient Nutrition Services For The Ostrzeszów Health Center, Including In Particular: A) Preparation And Provision Of Nutrition Services For Hospitalized Patients In The Ostrzeszów Health Center, B) Delivery Of Prepared Meals From The Contractors Kitchen To The Hospital Facility, In Thermal Insulating Flasks, To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, C) Collection Of Post-Consumer Waste Generated As A Result Of The Service, D) Washing And Disinfection Of Transport And Collective Vessels, In Particular Gn Type Containers And Thermal Insulating Flasks. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached To The Swz. The Ordering Party Envisages The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law, Consisting In Increasing The Scope Of Provision Of Comprehensive Patient Nutrition Services, In Particular The Number Of Prepared, Transported And Delivered Meals, In Relation To The Scope Of The Basic Order. The Maximum Value Of The Service Provided Under The Option Right Is 30% Of The Gross Value Of The Basic Order, Determined On The Basis Of The Contractors Offer. The Option Right May Be Activated In Particular In The Event Of An Increase In The Number Of Patients, Increased Occupancy Of Wards, The Need To Provide Nutrition To An Additional Number Of Patients, Changes In The Structure Of Diets, Occurrence Of Emergency Situations Or Other Needs. Organizational Requirements Of The Ordering Party Related To The Provision Of Health Services. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right In Whole Or In Part, Once Or Repeatedly, Only During The Term Of The Contract, I.E. Within 12 Months From The Date Of Its Conclusion, Until The Maximum Value Of The Option Right Is Exhausted. Exercising The Option Right Does Not Extend The Term Of The Contract Or The Deadline For The Execution Of The Order. Services Covered By The Option Right May Be Ordered And Performed Only During The Term Of The Contract. The Service Covered By The Option Right Will Be Provided On The Terms Specified For The Basic Order, According To The Unit Prices Indicated In The Contractors Offer. The Option Right Will Be Exercised By The Ordering Party Submitting A Demand For An Increased Number Of Meals, In Accordance With The Rules For Placing Current Orders Specified In The Opz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Exercise Of The Option Right Does Not Constitute An Amendment To The Contract And Does Not Require The Conclusion Of An Annex. The Option Right Is An Entitlement. The Ordering Party And Not His Obligation. Failure To Exercise The Option Right Or Its Partial Exercise Will Not Constitute The Basis For The Contractor To Pursue Any Claims Against The Ordering Party.
