The project is to develop the current site for a period of 10 years as per the following specifications:1.The existing building The investor is committed, at their own expense, to develop, manage, and operate the existing building for sports activities, like Gymnasiums or indoor courts for football and padel. Moreover, the investor may develop part of the property to establish retail shops providing sports-related supplies, such as athletic apparel, health foods and nutritional supplements.2.
