Background Justice Without Frontiers (JWF), a dynamic and active local non-governmental organization founded in Beirut in 2005, is deeply committed to promoting human rights, justice, democracy, peace, and the rule of law. Over the years, JWF has implemented impactful initiatives addressing womens empowerment, access to justice, protection, human rights, and support for vulnerable and marginalized populations. This consultancy is conducted under the project Together for Access to Justice Implemented by JWFThis project is part of the Expertise France - Women Empowerment Hub in Lebanon (WE HUB), financed by the Neighborhood, Development, and International Cooperation Instrument (NDICI-Global Europe) under the European Commission. 2. Request Justice Without Frontiers is seeking a qualified production house to produce a high-quality testimonial and visibility video documenting the impact of the project on women beneficiaries and highlighting the projects contribution to improving access to justice, legal awareness, and protection mechanisms. The videos will serve as visibility and advocacy tools and will be used for donor reporting, awareness raising, social media, public events, and communication purposes. The selected production house will be expected to capture authentic stories, project achievements, beneficiary experiences, and key project outcomes through professional storytelling and audiovisual production. 3. Scope of Work and Deliverables The Production House will be responsible for: Developing the overall video concept, storyline, and creative approach in coordination with the JWF team. Preparing a detailed filming plan, production schedule, and interview questions in collaboration with JWF. Conducting field visits and filming in locations identified by JWF. Conducting interviews with beneficiaries selected by JWF, project staff, and relevant stakeholders. Capturing high-quality supporting footage (B-roll) of project activities, awareness sessions, legal support services, community engagement initiatives, and other relevant project interventions. Four short visibility videos Reel format vertical (3090 seconds each) adapted for social media and awareness-raising purposes. Arabic and English subtitled versions of all videos. High-resolution final video files. Raw footage and editable project files. Thumbnail and cover images suitable for online publication. 5.Required Qualifications and Experience The Production House should demonstrate: Proven experience in video production, documentary filmmaking, testimonial storytelling, or audiovisual content creation. Previous experience working with NGOs, international organizations, UN agencies, donor-funded projects, or social impact initiatives. Strong portfolio showcasing documentary-style productions, testimonials, interviews, awareness campaigns, or impact stories. Demonstrated expertise in filming, editing, sound recording, motion graphics, and post-production. Experience conducting interviews and capturing personal stories in a respectful, ethical, and professional manner.
