Tenders Are Invited For Education Consultant- Right To Play Is Seeking An Education Consultant To Provide Technical Assistance With The Design, Implementation, Coordination And Monitoring Of Education Projects And Activities. Closing Date: Wednesday, 24. Jun 2026 Intervention Sector(S): Education Remuneration Range: > 6000 (Usd) Duration Of Contract: 6 Months The Education Consultant Will Provide Technical Assistance With The Design, Implementation, Coordination, And Monitoring Of Emergency Education Projects And Activities. The Consultant Will Support Efforts To Ensure That Crisis-Affected Children And Young People Have Access To Safe, Inclusive, And Quality Learning Opportunities Through Integrated Education, Psychosocial Support (Pss), And Play-Based Approaches In Emergency And Transitional Settings Work Modality: The Consultancy Involves A Combination Of Field Visits, Partial Presence At The Right To Play Beirut Office As Needed For Coordination Purposes, And Remote Work Where Applicable. The Consultant Is Expected To Be Flexible And Responsive To Program Needs.Field Locations: Field Visits To The South And North Lebanon, Including Palestinian Camps, Will Be Coordinated In Advance With The Right To Play Team. Transportation To And From Field Locations Will Be Arranged By Right To Play; The Consultant Will Not Be Required To Use Or Operate Rtp Vehicles Independently.Reporting Line: The Consultant Will Report Directly To The Education Specialist And Will Work In Close Coordination With Program Teams, Implementing Partners, And Relevant Stakeholders. Scope Of Workthe Consultant Will Undertake The Following Activities: Support The Implementation And Follow-Up Of Emergency Education Activities Integrate Play-Based Learning And Social-Emotional Learning (Sel) Into Shelters And Community Spaces Prepare, Review, And Adapt Educational Curricula And Materials To Address Varying Academic Levels, Learning Gaps, And Special Needs Of Students Support The Setup Of Safe, Inclusive, And Child-Friendly Learning Environments Conduct Coaching And Orientation Sessions For Education Mentors And Facilitators On Pedagogical Materials And Play-Based Methodologies Oversee And Evaluate Education Activities Directly In The Field Participate In Planning Education Initiatives, Including Focus Groups, Awareness Sessions, And Capacity-Building Trainings Perform Regular Field Quality Visits To Ensure Implementation Follows Established Guidelines And That Data Accuracy And Confidentiality Are Maintained Coordinate With Implementing Partners To Maintain Consistency In Delivery Across Various Locations Contribute To Ongoing Field Assessments And Situational Data Collection As Required Collect Feedback From Teachers And Mentors To Continuously Improve Learning Materialsexpected Deliverablesthe Consultant Will Be Expected To Produce The Following Deliverables Within The Consultancy Period: Deliverable 1: Inception Work Plansubmit An Inception Report Outlining The Consultancy Approach, Work Plan, Timeline, And Priority Technical Support Areas.Within 3 Weeks Of Contract Startdeliverable 2: Technical Support & Capacity Buildingprovide Technical Support For Emergency Education Activities, Review/Adapt Learning Materials, And Conduct Coaching/Orientation Sessions For Facilitators And Implementing Partners.Throughout The Consultancy Deliverable 3: Monitoring & Quality Assuranceconduct Regular Field Monitoring Visits, Assess Implementation Quality, Provide Technical Recommendations, And Submit Monthly Monitoring Reports.Monthly Throughout The Consultancydeliverable 4: Final Consultancy Reportsubmit A Final Report Summarizing Activities Completed, Achievements, Challenges, Lessons Learned, And Recommendations For Strengthening Emergency Education Programming.End Of Consultancy Note: Deliverables And Timelines Should Be Finalized In Agreement With The Education Specialist At The Start Of The Consultancy. Payment Modality Will Be Linked To Deliverables Or Working Days As Agreedlevel Of Effort And Payment Modality The Total Estimated Level Of Effort For This Consultancy Is Up To 96 Working Days Over The 6-Month Contract Period, At An Expected 3-4 Working Days Per Week. Payment Will Be Structured Based On The Actual Days Worked. The Consultant Will Submit Monthly Timesheets Accompanied By A Brief Progress Report That Maps Back To The Expected Deliverables. Total Payment Will Not Exceed The Agreed 96 Working Days. Reporting Line And Coordination Structurethe Consultant Will Report Directly To The Education Specialist. Day-To-Day Coordination Will Involve Close Collaboration With: Right To Play Program Teams Implementing Partner Organizations Relevant Local And National Education Stakeholdersthe Consultant Is Expected To Attend Relevant Coordination Meetings And To Maintain Regular Communication With The Education Specialist On Progress, Challenges, And Adjustments To The Work Plan. Required Qualifications And Experience Education: BachelorS Degree In Education, Social Sciences, Or A Related Field. MasterS Degree Is An Asset. Experience: 35 Years Of Relevant Experience In Teaching, Non-Formal Education, Or Humanitarian Education Programs. Experience In Palestinian Camps And Emergency Settings Is An Asset. Technical Knowledge: Understanding Of Foundational Learning, Play-Based Methodologies, Psychosocial Support (Pss), And Child Protection. Knowledge Of Inee Minimum Standards Is Desirable. Skills: Strong Writing, Organizational, And Communication Skills. Ability To Work Collaboratively With Field Teams In Dynamic And Challenging Environments. Languages: Fluency In Arabic And Good Working Knowledge Of English. Budget Consideration The Service Provider Shall Provide A Consultancy Fee That Includes All Of Their Costs For The Stated Number Of Days (96 Days).
