The Noor Program is a community-based initiative aimed at supporting orphaned children and enhancing their motivation and learning opportunities in the Gaza Strip, in line with the organizations mission and commitment to serving the most vulnerable and disadvantaged groups. The project targets teachers working in Noor Program community learning centers across the Gaza Strip, contributing to the development of their professional and educational competencies and indirectly benefiting more than 10,000 children receiving services through these centers. The project is based on a comprehensive capacity-building and educational methodology development program through six key training modules responding to teachers needs in crisis-affected contexts.
