A copy of the licenses and approvals by regulatory bodies and BDL License (Central Bank of Lebanon License for Electronic Funds Transfer in Lebanon) Anti-Money Laundry /CFT policy, including details on sanctions screening and KYC requirements. Official signed letter from the company stating name of the owner(s), name of the director(s), and name of the authorized signatories; And certified copy of a power of attorney, if applicable. Company owner and/or Company director and/or Authorized signatories ID/ Passport. Technical Envelope: SOPs outlining available modalities and, for each, the step-by-step payment process and beneficiary verification procedures An official signed and stamped letter confirming: the ability to serve diverse beneficiary groups, including the types of identification documents accepted for each nationality (Lebanese, Palestinians, Syrians, migrants, and other refugees) Total number of governorates, districts and outlets covered (branches and agents) in a table format. Audited financial statements for the last two years. SOPs describing the management system, demonstrating real-time transaction tracking capabilities, including an end-to-end payment workflow diagram Data protection policy, including information on data storage, access controls, and security measures Track record in Lebanon: list of relevant contracts over the last 10 years, including client name (INGO/UN), contract period and total value of transfers.
