Expression of Interest for Final Evaluation of the Soha 2 Project Closing Date: Friday, 31. Jul 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Health Remuneration range: > 6000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 25 working days ( 5 weeks) The evaluation aims to assess the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of the SOHA 2 Project in improving healthcare access for vulnerable populations in Lebanon. It will analyse project results, medical and economic impacts, and the financial viability of the ALCM model, while exploring its scalability. The consultant will review partnerships, gender integration, and service accessibility, conduct field visits and stakeholder consultations, and analyse project data to draw lessons learned and provide actionable recommendations for future interventions.
