That Considering That Intrahospital Infections (Iih) Or Infections Associated With Health Care (Hai) Are An Important Health Difficulty, Whose Implications In Morbidity, Mortality And Costs For The Hospital System Are Known, Requiring For Their Control, A Set Of Actions That Comprise The Entire Hospital Organization And The Incidence Of These Is An Indicator Of The Quality Of The Care Provided, And Considering That Said Products Correspond To A Percentage Of The Programmed Annual Distribution (Dap) Of The Cost Center, Which Is Concentrated In The Resolution That Approves The Institutional Pac, The Certificate Of Necessity Will Not Be Required For Those Products Mentioned, These Being Necessary For The Correct Functioning Of Different Services Within The Hospital Premises.
