Tenders are invited for Digging of 500 Holes and Poles at Tambotie Park 500 Digging of holes (depth 0.5 meters) R R 500 Posting of poles R R DEPARTMENT: COMMUNITY SERVICES 1.Digging of Holes Quantity: 500 holes. Depth per hole: 0.5 meters 2.Posting of Poles Quantity: 500 poles Poles to be securely installed into the pre-dug holes. 3.Materials and Labour Provide all materials (excluding poles) and labour required for the successful execution of the project. 4.Site Preparation and Clean-Up The contractor is expected to: Clear the area before starting. Remove all used/leftover materials, debris, and any waste. Leave the park in a clean and acceptable condition upon completion. 5.Coordination with Horticulturist The appointed Horticulturist must be informed prior to the commencement of any work. The Horticulturist will provide clarification and guidance to ensure alignment with park standards and expectations. 6.Additional Requirements: Work must commence only after receiving clearance from the Horticulturist.
