Request for Quotation for Abu Dhabi Retail - Dedicated Media and Production Agency Bidding Opens on: 14 May 2026 Due on: 29 May 2026 Estimated Value: AED 0 - 0 Tender Details: Dedicated Media & Production Agency for ADIO Corporate and Abu Dhabi Retail (ADR) The Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) invites qualified and experienced agencies to submit proposals for the provision of integrated media and production services supporting two key mandates: ADIO Corporate and Abu Dhabi Retail (ADR). The appointed agency will be responsible for delivering end-to-end media strategy, planning, buying, and performance optimization, alongside creative and production support for retail campaigns. The agency must demonstrate the ability to operate across both mandates, adapting its approach to address distinct audience segments, including investment-focused stakeholders and consumer-facing luxury retail audiences. This engagement requires close collaboration with ADIOs existing agency ecosystem, ensuring seamless coordination, governance, and consistent brand delivery across all channels. The contract will be for an initial period of two (2) years, with an option to extend for an additional two (2) years, subject to satisfactory performance. Bidders are expected to demonstrate strong experience in government and/or investment promotion communications, as well as proven capabilities in retail, luxury, or destination marketing environments.
