The Council Requires Access To Timely, Independent, Rics-Accredited Valuation And Related Advisory Services To Support Housing Revenue Account (Hra) Activity Including Acquisitions, Disposals, Lease Negotiations, Estate Regeneration Support And Right To Buy (Rtb) Valuations. In Considering The Most Appropriate Route To Market, A Range Of Delivery Models Were Assessed Against Compliance, Capacity, Value For Money, Resilience And Service Qualityto Comply With The Council’S Constitution And The Local Government Act 1972, Section 123, And To Ensure Best Consideration And Value For Money, Valuations Must Be Undertaken By A Suitably Qualified Individual Accredited By The Royal Institution Of Chartered Surveyors (Rics).
