Purpose And Scope Of Rft The Contracting Authority Is Undertaking A Competitive Tender Process To Award A Contract To Meet The Following Requirements: The Contracting Authority Invites Tenders From Suitably Qualified And Experienced Mechanical Services Contractors For The Complete Replacement Of The Existing Faulty Variable Refrigerant Volume (Vrv) Air Conditioning System Serving The Crc Dialysis Department. The Works Shall Comprise The Decommissioning And Removal Of The Existing Toshiba Vrv System And The Design Verification, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Certification, And Handover Of A New Mitsubishi Electric Hybrid Vrf (Hvrf) Air Conditioning System Complete With All Associated Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Builders Works And Ancillary Services Necessary To Provide A Fully Operational Installation. The Contractor Shall Provide A Complete Turnkey Solution And Shall Be Responsible For All Labour, Materials, Plant, Equipment, Supervision, Testing, Commissioning, Certification And Documentation Necessary To Deliver The Project.
