Bids Are Invited For Heart Valves, Rings, Bands, And Accessory Products

This Rfp Is Being Issued By Provincial Health Services Authority (“Phsa”) On Behalf Of Itself And As An Agent For Each Of The Regional Health Authorities (Collectively Referred To As “Health Authorities” And Individually Each A “Health Authority”) To Identify A Proponent To Enter Into A Non-Exclusive Contract Between A Proponent And The Health Authorities, For The Supply Of Heart Valves, Rings, Bands, And Accessory Products (“Products”) And Associated Services (“Services”) Described In Schedule H [Specifications] To The Health Authorities At Their Facilities Listed In Appendix G [List Of Participating Health Authority Facilities].Any Contract Resulting From This Rfp May Be Executed By Phsa On Its’ Own Behalf And As Agent For The Regional Health Authorities.
